Trapcode Elements

Trapcode Elements is a collection of more than 30 project files for creating realistic, Water, Earth, Fire and Air simulations, directly inside of After Effects. All of the projects are labeled with helpful notes and tips to point you in the right direction, user-friendly controls allow you to customize the simulation without being bogged down in menus. We also included a very comprehensive overview video that gets you familiar with the collection as a whole, provides helpful tips and a brief demonstration of how some of the live-action shots were created.

Trapcode Elements is fully compatible with CC 2014, CC 2017 and CC 2018 or later. Red Giants Trapcode Particular version 4.1 (Dynamic Fluids) is also required, it’s worth making sure Trapcode Particular is up to date as Red Giant recently introduced a significant performance update to the fluids engine. Trapcode Elements uses Fluid Dynamics to achieve most of the Fire and Air simulations, all of the projects have been carefully optimized and include proxy simulations that can be toggled in place of the main effect to speed up your workflow.
